Assalamualaikum peeps. Surgery posting is tough yet enjoyable. And since we're lacking free time, let's make use of Thursday night, as we'll have nothing to attend to tomorrow, woohoo!
4/11/2018 CAPPADOCIA
Cappadocia is also known as 'The Land of Beautiful Horses'. The beauty of it was incomparable and I wonder how magnificent the paradise would be TT. We arrived at Nevsehir Otogar which is quite far from the tourist attraction. After dealing with a weird man, we decided to go for the Green Tour. If you're a first timer and are not sure of what & where to go, it is best to travel with an agent, because Cappadocia is not equipped with public transports. At 0915, alhamdulillah, we were brought to the hill top where we first met Guljan, our cheeky tour guide. She's so friendly, and knowledgeable, flirty (sometimes) but really humble. She was quite shocked to see our numerous baggage, though there were only 4 of us. haha. Next, we went to the Underground City, Nar Lake before Guljan brought us through valleys with the goal of a served lunch. (taguns ahahah). The whole hiking-only-motivated-by-lunch experience was actually something new to me & I enjoyed it. At 1600, we departed from the far-reaching-lunch-spot with A CAR (we initially thought that we had to burn the lunch by walking our way back, lol) (bila pula ada istilah burn the lunch) to the Church & Olez Factory. Then, we finally checked into Cave Life Hotel booked by Suhailah (she wanted the credits, though). After having our good bath, we walked to the city centre for dinner and back to the hotel by 2200. It was cold but we were prepared with the winter coat, so, it was no big deal lah.
